The Kings Manor Hotel in Edinburgh,
Scotland has 95 bedrooms. All our rooms are designated as non- smoking
rooms. All are tastefully furnished and have:
Double Room
All our rooms are of sufficient standard to be graded at 3-star 78%.
For that extra special occasion why not book one of our Club Rooms? These rooms were recently built to the highest specifications and include attractive design and 21st Century comfort and facilities. All of our club rooms exceed the minimum size for 4-star bedrooms and all have digital flat screen tvs with Freeview channels and some satellite channels, there is also a playstation consol for game playing and playing DVDs and CDS ( Games, DVDs and CDs are not provided. We have a small selection of PS2 games available for purchase).

Amongst these rooms are family rooms, rooms adapted for wheelchair users and rooms with interconnecting doors. All double beds are King-size continental doubles

We have 6 rooms that are usually furnished for a family of four (one double bed and two full-sized single beds). An extra single bed can be fitted into these rooms to accommodate a family of five.

We have thirteen rooms on the ground floor for those with mobility problems and three rooms fully adapted for use by unaided wheelchair users. Most of our rooms are served by our lift. If you have any problems with stairs please let reservations know when you book.
Rooms can be reserved direct with ourselves or through most ABTA appointed travel agents. Bookings can be made for one night or several. Short breaks and special interest breaks are always available.
Contact Reservations
To offer the best available rate for the date that you wish to stay we offer a BEST AVAILABLE RATE policy ( BAR). These BAR rates vary throughout the year and therefor we no longer have a standard rate throughout the year. You can obtain the BAR rate for anty date by using our online booking engine on the home page of this site. We offer Room Only, Bed and Breakfast and Dinner Bed and Breakfast rates.
Check-in from 3pm ( 15.00hrs) and check-out time is before 11am (11.00hrs).
If you have an early flight and arrive at the hotel before your room is ready we are happy to store your luggage for you and you can have full use of all our facilities, including our leisure club, whilst your room is being prepared.
If you require an early check-in prior to 3pm, this can normally be arranged at a small charge. You should contact reservations directly to see if early check-in is available.
Charges are:-
Early check in prior to noon- £40.00
Early check in between 12noon and 3pm £20.00
If you have a late flight we can store your luggage for you and you can make full use of all our facilities, including the leisure club, prior to your departure
If you would prefer to keep your room for a later check-out this can usually be arranged via reception in advance for a small charge.
Check out by 2pm - £20
Check out for 4pm -£40.
Dogs and Small Pets
Your pet pooch or tabbie is welcome to share your stay at The Best Western Kings Manor Hotel.
Because of hygiene regulations they are not allowed in any food service areas such as restaurants and bars. They are welcome to stay in your room provided that behaviour such as your pet climbing furniture is discouraged and your pet does not damage the room in any way. We have a small area of grass behind the hotel for exercising your pet and long walks by the sea are only a few yards away.
We must be pre notified that you intent to bring your pet.
A nominal charge of £5 per pet per night is made. Official Hearing Dogs, Guide Dogs etc are of course excluded from this charge.
