The Kings Manor's local reputation for all types of banqueting has taken a long time to gain and is jealously guarded. Over the past quarter of a century several thousand couples have celebrated the start of married life here, hundreds of babies have had their christening lunch with us and countless thousands of sore heads have resulted from company and association dinner dances.
With 4 main rooms for banqueting, the Kings Manor can professionally cater for most occasions. Our main Forth Suite is capable of accommodating just over 100 people for a formal dinner and up to 120 for a dance and smaller rooms are ideal for a family celebration for 10.

The following rates apply for room hire of our main banqueting rooms. The rates are for evening hire – approximately 6.30 pm to midnight.
For daytime hires or longer hires, please ask our Duty Manager for a firm quote.
All rates include VAT as appropriate.

For wedding receptions, room hire rates are included in our various wedding packages.
The Forth Suite is an ideal location for any event involving dancing, its central dance floor being of a generous size. The Forth Suite has its own private bar with a large lounge area making it ideal for those wishing to escape from the hubbub of the main event. The room is also air conditioned and has its own toilet facilities.
The Milton Suite is another
room popular with dancers. Although it is not usually possible to serve
full meals in The Milton Suite we regularly serve both hot and cold buffets
here. The room has a more intimate feel and is often used for events such
as Golden Wedding Anniversaries or 40th Birthday Parties.
The Treetops is a delightful room on the first floor. It is not available for dancing but is an ideal venue for small dinner parties and for family events such as Christening lunches.
The Scott Room is set just off the main restaurant and offers private dining for parties up to 14. Its proximity to the restaurant allows diners to take advantage of the facilities of the restaurant whilst still having the privacy of their own room. It has recently been refurbished with light Ash wood- paneling and air conditioning being installed.
We have a resident disco that regularly plays at weddings, dinner dances, birthday parties etc. and we can offer assistance in finding a suitable band or other entertainment that you may require. We have obtained ceilidh bands, duos and trios, one-man bands and pipers. Speciality entertainers such as table magicians and children's entertainers can also be arranged. If you have your own favourite band or entertainer it is usually possible for you to bring them along subject to health and safety regulations that will be outlined by our Duty Manager.
The range of food that we can offer is as wide as your imagination. Formal sit down dinners, finger and fork buffets, running buffets and even barbecues can all be catered for.

Kings Manor has specialised for many years in Wedding Receptions. We can
hold the actual ceremony on the premises and offer advice and guidance
throughout the whole process to the 'happy couple'. Whilst every wedding
is individual and unique our wedding expertise has proved popular over
the years.
