The aim of the menu selector is to allow you to compile a menu to suit your requirements and budget.
The dishes are priced on the understanding that you choose one starter, one main course and two desserts for your menu. We automatically offer a choice of Fruit Juice as an alternative to your chosen starter and a Cold Meat Platter as an alternative to your chosen main course. Should you wish to chose more than one starter or main course for your menu, there will be an additional surcharge as follows: £1.75 for an additional starter and £2.50 for an additional main course.
All prices are current and will be valid up to 31 December 2007. V.A.T. is included in all prices at the current rate of 17.5%. The final cost of your menu will be agreed and confirmed 6 weeks prior to your event..
If choosing for a wedding reception please see our separate lists for drinks packages and our wedding reception room packages. For other types of function you may still be interested in our well-priced drinks packages and you should consider the room hire information sheet and discuss your exact requirements with the Duty Manager. Should you wish further information or help in arranging your forthcoming event please telephone to arrange an appointment with our Duty Manager.
Please note: due to the popularity of the Kings Manor as a venue for Weddings, Conferences, Dinners and Dances, it is not always possible to view our Function Suites without prior arrangement.
All prices are current and are projected as accurately as possible but may be liable to change at short notice to account for any unexpected increase in costs or a change in the rate of V.A.T. All prices will be finally agreed and costed 6 weeks prior to your event.
Gratuities are left to clients' discretion.
GM Foods . It is the policy of the King's Manor Hotel to avoid, whenever possible, genetically modified (GM) foods. However, since some items are purchased by the hotel in a partially prepared state we cannot guarantee that any foods are totally GM free.
Vegetarian items are marked with a V. Vegan items are marked VE.
Nuts and Allergies . Many dishes may contain nuts. Guests with an allergy to nut products should exercise care and discuss any allergies with the Duty Manager so that we can guide you towards foods with minimal risks.
Hygiene . All suppliers of food products to the King's manor Hotel must hold current food hygiene certificates and are subject to statutory inspections. All staff involved in handling and preparation of food in the King's Manor Hotel hold food hygiene qualifications and undergo regular updated training to maximize your food safety
