Our largest room. Fully air-conditioned with a built in PA system and Wireless Broadband Connection, the Forth Suite can accommodate 140 delegates. It is equally suited for smaller meetings and is ideal for boardroom meetings for around 40 delegates. Like all our main conference rooms it has natural daylight and full blackout facilities. The Forth Suite has a substantial lounge area at its entrance that can be used for coffee breaks or for exhibition space.

Projection screen facilities in the Forth Suite

The Forth Suite can be divided by an acoustic screen to form two separate rooms. The Glenesk suite – ideal for meetings of up to 70 delegates – and the Glenalmond that is often used as a seminar room or can host a separate meeting for up 20 delegates.

Another of our ground floor rooms, the Milton Suite, can accommodate up to 75 delegates and is a very popular room. It has client-controlled heating and lighting and looks out over our grounds and tennis court. It has a small foyer area where coffee can be served.

Situated on the first floor, the Treetops Room is an exceptionally bright and airy room and is very popular for training courses. It has an adjacent seminar room for any breakout sessions. This room can accommodate up to 30 delegates classroom-style.

The Scott Room

The Scott Room is actually two rooms divided by a double glass door. It is ideal for small meetings requiring to split into sub-groups at regular intervals or for those requiring a private lounge area for coffee adjacent to the main meeting room. The Scott Room is frequently used as a seminar room for larger meetings.

Rosemount Room

Although usually used as a convenient seminar room in conjunction with another meeting room, the Rosemount can be hired on its own for small meetings and interviews. Being in the centre of the building it is ideal for meetings requiring a fair amount of coming and going – such as interviews. It lends itself particularly well to a boardroom style of layout. The Rosemount has Internet Acccess via a Wireless Broadband Connection.
