A quick glance at the comments from happy customers on TripAdvisor is enough to tell you about our style. They say that their rooms were spotless and the staff a delight. There are stories about us buying toiletries for a guest whose luggage went astray at the airport, preparing special meals for a coeliac-sufferer, and writing out traffic directions for a driver who wanted to avoid the roadworks. They love the birthday cards and cookies, the free Wi-Fi and PlayStations, and the fact that dogs are welcome in selected rooms. They say that we're great value for money.
Behind the scenes, we do things that guests don't know about. We've won a gold award for our environmentalism (see below) and we're firmly rooted in the local community. As well as supporting local charities and sports and social groups, we provide employment for people with physical and learning difficulties.
